HOME APPLIACTION
- Aromatherapy: Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser for a warm, spicy aroma.
- Massage: Mix 2-3 drops with 1 tbsp carrier oil; massage into sore areas.
- Steam Inhalation: Add 1-2 drops to hot water, inhale steam under a towel.
- Room Spray: Combine 8-10 drops with 1 cup water + 1 tbsp witch hazel in a spray bottle.
- Cooking: Use food-grade oil; mix 1 drop with 1 tsp carrier oil for soups or marinades.
- Bath Soak: Mix 4-5 drops with 1 tbsp carrier oil; add to warm bath.
- Hair Care: Add 2 drops to shampoo for scalp health.
