APPLICATION/USES AT HOME
Respiratory Relief: Add 2-3 drops to hot water, inhale steam under a towel for 5-10 minutes.
Muscle Pain: Mix 2-3 drops with carrier oil, massage onto sore areas.
Acne Treatment: Dilute 1 drop in aloe vera or carrier oil, apply to spots.
Room Freshener: Mix 5-6 drops with 1 cup water in a spray bottle, mist around.
Headache: Use 1-2 drops in a diffuser for 15-20 minutes.
Cuts/Wounds: Dilute 1 drop in carrier oil, apply to clean wounds.
