APPLICATION AT HOME
Aromatherapy: Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser for a calming aroma.
Room Spray: Mix 10-15 drops with 1 cup water + 1 tbsp witch hazel in a spray bottle; shake and spritz.
Bath Soak: Blend 5-10 drops with 1 tbsp carrier oil; add to warm bath.
Natural Cleaner: Combine 10 drops with 1 cup vinegar + 1 cup water; use to clean surfaces.
Massage Oil: Dilute 5-6 drops in 1 tbsp carrier oil; massage onto skin for relaxation.
Laundry: Add 5-7 drops to a damp cloth; toss into the dryer.
Roll-On: Mix 10 mL carrier oil with 8-10 drops; apply to pulse points.
Note: Avoid sunlight on applied areas for 12 hours. Always dilute and patch test
