APPLICATION/USES AT HOME
Diffusion for Relaxation: Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser with water; run for 15-30 minutes.
Muscle Massage Oil: Mix 1 drop with 1 tbsp carrier oil; massage onto sore areas.
Surface Cleaner: Combine 1 cup water, 1/4 cup vinegar, and 5-10 drops in a spray bottle; shake and spray.
Steam Inhalation: Add 1-2 drops to a bowl of hot water, inhale under a towel for 5-10 minutes.
Bath Soak: Add 3-5 drops (mixed with 1 tbsp carrier oil) to warm bath water; soak for 15-20 minutes.
